Distribution Processing Volunteers needed for 3 to 6 months
Opportunity Description: Distribution Processing volunteers break down and sort medication donated by physician offices, distributors and manufacturers. Medication processing requires great attention to detail as many factors go into sorting the medicine into proper lots. Distribution Processing volunteers will be required to sort medication by name of drug, National Drug Code (NDC), strength, packaging and expiration date. Other requirements for this position include breaking down medication packaging and staging medications for inventory entry.

Practice Relations Volunteers needed for 3 to 6 months
Opportunity Description: Practice Relations volunteers work to assist the Provider Partnership Manager with physician account management duties including donor retention and relationship building. These volunteers will be required to manage the auto-bin process by making phone calls and sending faxes to partnered physician offices and perform day-to-day maintenance check-in with the sites. Practice Relations volunteers should be punctual, quick thinkers and possess exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Continued Medication Access Volunteers needed for 3 to 6 months
Opportunity Description: Continued Access volunteers work to assist the Patient Coordinator and Pharmacy Technician with reliable patient contact and medication assistance. Volunteers make direct phone calls to patients and pharmaceutical manufacturers concerning medication needs and questions, help with paperwork and data entry, and update the computer system as needed. Continued Access volunteers must be punctual and possess exceptional communication and organizational skills. Due to the amount of time this process takes to complete, volunteers are expected to work no less than two hours each time they come in.
